Cow Bay Bushcare Group

The Cow Bay Bushcare Group works in the Conservation Reserve in Beelong Street, Macleay Island.

The group is restoring the area to its natural state and plan to maintain the existing rainforest (known as littoral) free from weeds. They are currently looking for new volunteers to continue with this work.

Bushcare is a great way to learn about your local patch of bush and the critters that live there. Learn new skills, get out for some light exercise and meet your neighbours.

The Bushcare group meets on the first Sunday of the month from 10am. All activities are held within the reserve in Beelong Street, Macleay Island. For more information, contact Leigh on 3409 5642.
