Builder Open Licence - allows construction on all classes of buildings and residential dwellings.

Completed Residential Building Inspection Licence - authorises subjective appraisals of inspections/reports in compliance with AS4349.1-2007 on all forms of residential buildings.

Reports can be emailed, faxed or sent by mail to you on the same day or evening as the inspection - under normal circumstances. Digital photographs of major defects will be mailed/sent along with reports.

You are welcome to accompany the inspector at point of inspection.

Our Building Experience
Alan Holden, the Bulding Director and Certified Licenced Building Inspector of ALCYNSITE BUILDINGS has extensive experience in the construction industry. Commencing at the age of seventeen, he completed a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship and gained Certificate of Proficiency Licence No. 74/2122 in 1978.
After working as a subcontracter in this cottage industry and multi story construction for three years, Alan joined the State Transit Authority in Sydney Buses as a general maintenance carpenter on a multitude of major maintenance programes. He continued with Sydney buses for nineteen years.
At the same times, Alan served in the Army Reserves in 21 Construction Regiment as a Construction Section Commander. In 2000 he moved to Queensland and commenced working with T & T Buildings and T & T (Prestige) Buildings Pty Ltd.
Early 2000, through NSW Master Builders Association, Alan achieved and exceeded the necessary requirements to obtain a Builder Open Licence through the BSA.
